SSR Digital LLC

Terms of Service

The agreement between you and SSR Digital LLC for use of Visa Jump on the web and in its apps.

Effective September 30, 2026 · version 2026-09-30.1

1. Who you are agreeing with

Visa Jump is operated by SSR Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Prosper, Texas, United States. These Terms are a binding agreement between you and SSR Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, signing in, applying or using any part of the service, on the website or in our iOS or Android app, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Postal address for legal notices: 3827 Stars Street, Prosper, TX 75078, United States. Email: [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old to use Visa Jump. The service is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

2. What the service is

Visa Jump provides a static EB-1A guide, a free evidence checklist, a detailed AI-assisted educational profile evaluation, a community waitlist and a paid educational consultation. A checklist or evaluation summarizes information you report; no supporting documents are verified.

Visa Jump also runs a members-only educational community for adults preparing EB-1 petitions, on the website and in our apps. Membership is by application, an identity check and a paid monthly subscription, and is available only when and where we offer it; the community is not currently open to the public. Members can take part in discussions, follow an opportunities board, keep a private document library, chat privately with the Visa Jump admins and ask Help & support.

This is an educational service. We are not a law firm and do not represent you before USCIS or any agency. We do not prepare or file petitions. Petition-preparation tools are plans, not included purchases or promises of availability; separate terms and disclosures will apply before any such feature launches.

3. Not legal advice

This section governs over anything elsewhere in the service that could be read differently.

Visa Jump is not a law firm. Neither Visa Jump nor any host, administrator or contributor acts as your attorney or accredited representative. We do not represent you before USCIS or any agency. We do not select, complete, translate, prepare or file immigration forms or petitions. We do not tell you whether you qualify, which visa category or evidentiary criteria to pursue, or whether or when to file. Our written materials, tools, AI-generated reports, sessions and answers are general educational information and are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Using the service does not create an attorney–client relationship with us, with a contributor, or with anyone else. Only licensed attorneys and accredited representatives of organizations recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice may give immigration legal advice or represent you.

We make no prediction about the outcome of any petition. No feature of the service — including the criterion tracker, any progress indicator, and any count or tally shown on an opportunity — states or implies that a petition is likely to be approved or denied. Immigration decisions are made by government adjudicators applying published standards to your specific record.

We do not accept payment for referring anyone to an attorney. Any list of attorneys or legal-aid resources we share is information only; choose and verify any representative yourself. Complaints about immigration practitioners can be made to the DOJ Executive Office for Immigration Review, and complaints about unauthorized practice of law to your state bar.

Immigration law changes, and a deadline or eligibility detail that was accurate when written may not be accurate when you read it. Verify anything you rely on against the primary source, and consult a licensed attorney about your own case.

4. Free tools, private links, and AI

Public tools do not require a community account. Google waitlist sign-in verifies an identity only for the waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free and does not reserve a username or start a membership. Community applications will open on visajump.com, and we will email the people on the waitlist when they do.

Keep private report, waitlist and booking links secure. Anyone who obtains a valid link can use its scoped access. Use only information you have the right to share. Do not submit confidential documents, government identifiers, or third-party personal information to the public tools.

The detailed evaluation uses AI to organize professional information and suggest documentation tasks after your consent. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. It is not a legal review, a case-strength score, or a prediction of approval or a date when you will qualify, and it is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Documentation priorities reflect the answers and states you selected, not a legal suitability ranking. Planning periods and estimated work sessions describe possible tasks, not immigration outcomes or a promise of publication, recognition or a completed criterion. Verify sources and discuss filing questions with qualified immigration counsel.

Our reports are based on self-reported information at the time of submission. We do not monitor your profile, update a downloaded PDF automatically, or guarantee that an activity will satisfy a statutory criterion. Retention and deletion controls are explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Educational consultation

A petitioner-experience session with Shalmali Patil is a 60-minute educational conversation for $100 USD, paid once through Stripe. It does not start a subscription. Shalmali is an approved EB-1A petitioner. She is not an attorney or accredited representative. The session covers her own EB-1A experience, public USCIS sources and general ways people organize their own professional records. It does not include legal advice or representation; an assessment of whether you qualify; advice on which visa category, evidentiary criteria or strategy to choose; review or preparation of forms, petition letters or recommendation letters; or advice on whether or when to file. Bring questions about your own case to a licensed immigration attorney.

Choose an available time on Visa Jump, review the booking terms, then pay on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Card details do not reach our servers. Selecting a time only places a temporary hold. A booking is confirmed after we verify payment and create its calendar event. A checkout return page by itself is not proof of a confirmed booking.

Your confirmed booking page and email provide the appointment details, meeting link and preparation checklist. If payment succeeds but calendar confirmation is delayed, the page displays that status and we reconcile it. If we cannot provide the booked session, we will offer another time or refund the payment. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.

6. Community membership and automatic renewal

A community membership is a monthly subscription to the community features described in the offer you accept. It is educational and is not legal representation. These terms apply whenever membership is offered to you:

  • Price and consent. The monthly price, in U.S. dollars, and these automatic renewal terms are shown before you apply, next to a separate checkbox that asks for your permission to charge your card. SSR Digital LLC charges the card you save with Stripe; card details go to Stripe, not to us.
  • First charge. Nothing is charged while your application is reviewed, and you can withdraw it before it is accepted without being charged. If an admin accepts your application, we charge your first month right away.
  • Automatic renewal. Your membership then renews automatically every month, when your paid month ends, at the same price, until you cancel.
  • How to cancel. You can cancel online at any time: Cancel renewal on your application status page or Manage or cancel membership in My profile › Account on the website, Cancel next renewal in Membership & billing in the app, or email [email protected]. You do not need to speak to anyone or consider an offer. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your paid month ends.
  • Access after you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • Renewal processing window. A renewal can take up to two hours to go through after your paid month ends, and your access continues while it does. A cancellation made during that time cannot stop that renewal: it is charged, it is not refunded, and it becomes your final paid month, after which nothing renews. The app and website tell you this before you confirm.
  • If a payment fails. If a renewal payment fails, your community access is paused until the payment goes through. There is no read-only access in the meantime, and paused time is not added to your membership. Stripe may retry a failed renewal payment for a limited time; if a retry succeeds, that month is charged and your access resumes until it ends. If you cancel while a renewal payment is failing, your membership ends at once: we stop the retries and void the unpaid renewal charge, so you are not charged for it. The one exception is a renewal you canceled during its processing window (above), which is still charged if a retry succeeds. Your billing, account, application, Help & support and appeal pages stay available so you can update your card or cancel.
  • Refunds. We do not refund partial months or unused time, including when you cancel or delete your account. We refund billing errors, duplicate charges and charges for a period in which we could not provide the community, and we honour any refund the law requires. Memberships bought during the earlier preview keep their original 14-day first-payment refund window.
  • Changes. We will email you 14 to 30 days before any change to your membership price or other material membership terms takes effect. We will not charge you a higher price unless you agree to it; if you do not agree, your membership ends at the end of your paid month.
  • Deleting your account. Deleting your account cancels your membership at once: you are not charged again, and the rest of the paid month is not refunded.
  • Records. We keep a record of your membership consent (the wording shown, its version, the time and whether you used the website or an app), your charges and the membership notices we send, as the Privacy Policy explains.

7. Your content, licence and copyright

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it within the service for the purpose of operating the community. That licence exists so we can show your post to other members; it does not let us sell your content or publish it outside the service. It ends when your content is erased.

Posts and comments are shown only to signed-in members with community access, never publicly. Your private documents, personal information and application stay private to you and the admins who review them, as the Privacy Policy explains. The community uses pseudonymous usernames and has no member-to-member direct messages.

You are responsible for what you post, send or upload. Do not share anything you do not have the right to share, including someone else’s copyrighted work or material covered by an employer confidentiality obligation. We respond to copyright notices and suspend repeat infringers as described in our Copyright & DMCA Policy.

8. Community Rules and acceptable use

The Community Rules form part of these Terms. You accept them when you apply, and they apply to everything you post, send or share.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. Never post, send or share:

  • Sexually explicit content or nudity, or an intimate image of anyone shared without their consent.
  • Anything that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a child. Our Child Safety Standards explain how we act on it.
  • Hate speech or slurs, or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, national origin, caste, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or immigration status.
  • Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation of another member, or targeting them in any way.
  • Violent or graphic content, or content that encourages self-harm.

In addition, do not:

  • Post another person’s private information, including a receipt number, A-number, passport or case details that are not yours.
  • Give legal advice, or present yourself as an attorney or accredited representative when you are not.
  • Advertise, solicit clients, or recruit members to a paid service.
  • Post content you know to be false, including fabricated approvals, credentials or opportunities.
  • Scrape, bulk-download, or republish member content anywhere outside the service.
  • Attempt to deanonymise another member, or to link a handle to a real identity.
  • Interfere with the service, get around rate limits, content checks or a block, or access parts of it you have not been granted.

Write endpoints carry per-member rate limits. They exist to bound abuse, not to ration ordinary use.

9. Content checks, reports, blocking and moderation

Before text is published we check it against a short list of prohibited terms, and posts, comments, profile text, opportunity submissions and outcome reports that contain one are refused. We also warn, without blocking, when a draft seems to share contact details or offer paid services. These checks are imperfect and do not replace human review.

Members can report a post, comment or outcome report, and can use Report member on a member’s profile. Reports are silent in both directions: the reported member is not told who reported them, and the reporter is not notified of the result. That is deliberate — in a community where people discuss immigration within reach of an employer, the timing of a notification can itself identify the reporter.

You can block a member. You then no longer see their posts, comments, outcome reports, listings or profile, and you are not notified about their activity. They are not told, and they can still see what you post; official admin posts stay visible. Admins can see who members block, to help keep the community safe. Manage blocked members in My profile › Settings.

We review reports promptly, usually within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these Terms or the Community Rules, and we suspend or terminate the accounts of members who post objectionable content or abuse others; we may also dismiss a report or quarantine content. Every action, including a dismissal, is written to an immutable moderation log. When we act on your content or account we send you a private notice, and you can appeal it; a person reviews every appeal. A suspended member loses community access but can still reach Help & support, their account and the appeal. A suspension does not by itself cancel a membership or stop it renewing: a suspended member can cancel it by asking Help & support, or end it at once by deleting the account.

If you believe a decision about your account or content was wrong, you can also write to [email protected] and a human will review it.

Opportunity submissions are reviewed by an admin before they are published. Declining to publish one is a review decision, not an action on your content or account, and it cannot be appealed, in the app or by email. Your submissions, on the Opportunities page, shows you the decision privately, naming the reason when one was recorded, and, while you have community access, you also get a notice if your Opportunities notifications are on. A decline does not stop you from submitting the opportunity again. An admin may also correct an opportunity you submitted, before or after it is published. A correction can change any part of it, including what you wrote, for example to fix a link, a deadline or a typo, and it stays listed under your username. The promise above of a notice and an appeal does not cover corrections: like a decline, a correction cannot be appealed, in the app or by email. Your submissions shows you which fields were changed and the date of the latest change, and, while you have community access, you also get a notice if your Opportunities notifications are on.

10. Intimate images shared without consent

To ask us to remove an intimate image of you that was shared on Visa Jump without your consent, email [email protected] with the subject "Intimate image removal". Include your physical or electronic signature, information to identify and locate the image, a brief statement that you believe in good faith it was shared without your consent, and how to contact you. We remove valid requests as soon as possible and within 48 hours, and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies.

11. Ending the agreement and deleting your account

You can stop using the service at any time, delete a saved free report through its private page, or remove your waitlist entry. Manage a consultation through its private booking page or contact support.

To delete your account, use Delete account in My profile › Account › Privacy & account on the website or in the app, or follow https://visajump.com/delete-account. Deleting your account signs you out everywhere, cancels any membership at once with no refund for the rest of the paid month, and deletes your account data within 30 days as the Privacy Policy explains. Your posts and comments are erased; where other members replied, a placeholder by "Deleted member" keeps their replies in context.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these Terms, that is used to harm another member, or that we are required to act on by law. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first.

12. Age and parental controls

The service is only for people 18 or older. Federal law (47 U.S.C. § 230(d)) requires us to tell you that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may help limit access to material that is harmful to minors. The Federal Trade Commission lists current options at https://consumer.ftc.gov/articles/how-use-parental-controls-keep-your-kid-safer-online.

13. Sanctions and export

You may not use the service if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk People’s Republic and Luhansk People’s Republic regions of Ukraine), or if you are on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. We may refuse or end service to comply with sanctions and export laws.

14. Mobile apps and app stores

These Terms are between you and SSR Digital LLC only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app and its content. We grant you a non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, or on Android devices you own or control. We alone provide maintenance and support; Apple has no obligation to do so.

If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund any purchase price paid for the app (the app is free); to the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection or privacy claims, and for investigating, defending and settling any claim that the app infringes a third party’s intellectual property.

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example, your wireless carrier’s). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Questions, complaints or claims about the app: SSR Digital LLC, [email protected]. Postal address for legal notices: 3827 Stars Street, Prosper, TX 75078, United States.

15. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, that information in it is accurate or current, or that it will meet your needs.

We are not responsible for what other members post. Content from members and contributors is their own.

To the fullest extent the law allows, SSR Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. Where that is the case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and nothing here removes a right you have that cannot be waived.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. For a change that materially affects your rights, we will give notice in the service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Membership price and renewal terms change only as described in Section 6.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SSR Digital LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service. This does not take away consumer-protection rights under the law of the state where you live that cannot be waived.

Before filing anything, please write to us. Most disputes are resolved faster by email than by process.

Visa Jump is an educational service, not a law firm. We are not attorneys or accredited representatives, we do not represent anyone before USCIS, and we do not choose, complete or file immigration forms. Our content, tools and answers are general information and are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Members and hosts share personal experience that may not apply to you. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship or predicts the outcome of any petition. For advice about your own case, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative of a DOJ-recognized organization.
