Copyright & DMCA Policy

How to tell us about material that infringes your copyright, how to respond if your material was removed, and how we treat repeat infringers.

Effective September 28, 2026

1. Our policy

SSR Digital LLC ("Visa Jump", "we") respects copyright. Post or upload only material you own or have permission to share. We respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

2. Designated agent

Copyright Agent, SSR Digital LLC, [email protected]. Telephone: +1 (972) 433-3840. Our designation with the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory is to be registered; we will list the registration here once it is filed. Postal address for legal notices: 3827 Stars Street, Prosper, TX 75078, United States.

3. How to send a notice

Your notice must include:

  • a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner;
  • identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved;
  • identification of the material you say infringes, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it (for example, its link);
  • your name, address, telephone number and, if available, email address;
  • a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Notices that do not substantially comply may not be acted on. Knowingly false claims can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

4. What we do

We remove or disable access to the material promptly and send the member who posted it a private notice. We may share the notice, including the sender’s name and contact details, with that member so they can respond.

5. Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send our agent:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • identification of the removed material and where it appeared;
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and
  • your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.

We send the counter-notice to the complaining party and restore the material within 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

6. Repeat infringers

We suspend, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of members who repeatedly infringe. An account that is the subject of three valid, unretracted notices within 12 months, or that we otherwise find to be a repeat infringer, is suspended and may be terminated under Terms § 11. A suspension does not by itself cancel a membership; Terms § 9 explains how a suspended member cancels it.

7. Other concerns

For trademark or other rights concerns, write to [email protected]. This policy explains our process; it is not legal advice.

Visa Jump is an educational service, not a law firm. We are not attorneys or accredited representatives, we do not represent anyone before USCIS, and we do not choose, complete or file immigration forms. Our content, tools and answers are general information and are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Members and hosts share personal experience that may not apply to you. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship or predicts the outcome of any petition. For advice about your own case, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative of a DOJ-recognized organization.
