Child Safety Standards

Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, how to report a concern in the app or by email, and what we do about it.

Effective September 28, 2026

1. Who these standards cover

Visa Jump is operated by SSR Digital LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Prosper, Texas, United States. These standards apply to all of Visa Jump: the website at visajump.com and the VisaJump app for iPhone and Android, published by SSR Digital LLC.

2. Adults only

Visa Jump is an educational community for adults preparing EB-1 petitions. It is only for people 18 or older and is not directed to children. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we suspend it at once, cancel any membership so it is not charged again, and delete the account and its data as our Privacy Policy describes.

3. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). It is never allowed anywhere on Visa Jump: in posts, comments, profiles, images, files or messages to the admins. That includes:

  • any image, video, text or link that shows the sexual abuse of a child or sexualizes a minor, including drawn, animated or AI-generated material;
  • grooming: contacting or befriending a minor for a sexual purpose;
  • sextortion, or threatening to share an intimate image of a minor;
  • trafficking a child, or asking for, offering, selling or trading CSAM.

4. How we keep the community safe

  • Membership is by application, with an identity check using a government photo ID.
  • There are no member-to-member direct messages. Members talk in shared community spaces; private chats are only with the Visa Jump admins.
  • Posts, comments and profile text are checked against a list of prohibited terms before they publish.
  • Every member can report content or another member, and block a member.

5. How to report a concern

  • In the app or on the website: use Report on the post, comment or outcome report, or Report member on the member’s profile. Choose “Harassment or abuse” and write “Child safety” in the details. Only the admins see a report; the member you report is not told.
  • By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Child safety". You do not need an account.
  • Do not download, copy, screenshot or forward suspected abuse material, even to report it. Tell us where it is instead, for example its link or the member’s username.
  • If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report directly to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

6. What we do

We review child-safety reports promptly, usually within 24 hours. When we find CSAE content, we remove it and suspend the account involved. Where the law requires it, we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We preserve reported material and relevant context where legally required, restrict access to the designated safety operator, and cooperate with valid law enforcement requests. Account deletion does not remove evidence that must legally be preserved. A person reviews every appeal, but illegal material is never restored.

7. Child-safety point of contact

Our designated child-safety point of contact is Shalmali Patil, the Visa Jump community administrator at SSR Digital LLC, reachable at [email protected] with the subject "Child safety". This contact receives child-safety notices, including from app stores and law enforcement, can explain how we prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation, and can act on reports.

8. Related policies

Our Community Rules and Terms of Service also prohibit sexual content and any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children. The Terms explain how to ask us to remove an intimate image shared without consent.

Visa Jump is an educational service, not a law firm. We are not attorneys or accredited representatives, we do not represent anyone before USCIS, and we do not choose, complete or file immigration forms. Our content, tools and answers are general information and are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. Members and hosts share personal experience that may not apply to you. Nothing here creates an attorney–client relationship or predicts the outcome of any petition. For advice about your own case, consult a licensed immigration attorney or an accredited representative of a DOJ-recognized organization.
